Due to circumstances beyond our control payment by personal cheque is not possible on site. Payment by JCB, American Express, VISA and Master Card credit cards is acceptable. Payment by common currency travelers cheque (please give us adequate notice) and common currency cash is acceptable.

Advance Booking: A non returnable deposit of 50% of room rate is required and payment by Telegraphic Transfer is preferred. Please contact us for details and to obtain confirmation of booking shortly after such bookings are made.

  • The following are not allowed in any of the resort rooms:
    Smoking
    Pets, animals, prohibited drugs, firearms or weapons of any sort
    Cooking facilities except at designated areas
    Electrical appliances such us iron, electrical kettles or heaters.
    Music centers
    Unregistered guests
  • Guests are required to avoid excess noise that may disturb other guests.
    
• Alcohol, drinks and food brought on the resort are subject to the following:
  Corkage charges e.g 500 Pesos per bottle of Alcohol spirits.
  A service fee for use of the resort utilities.
  Please declare any such Beverages at Reception before consumption on site
• The removal or lost of any room accessories including towels, bedding, TV and DVD player shall be the liability of the guest.
• Friends of the guest should be booked in at the Reception as Day Trippers at the appropriate rate (8:30a.m- 6:30p.m. only).
• Drivers and maid are to be registered as guests. Please ask for available accommodation and special rates.
  
• For swimming pool and kayaking see notice boards. Kayak paddles do not break in water. Guests are required to pay for broken paddles (see reception for rates).


THE RESORT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR THEFT OF GUESTS' PERSONAL PROPERTY WHILST IN THE RESORT.

Please declare high cost items if you expect any special security measures to be taken by us. Please look after your valuables, lock them in your luggage, your car, the cabinets provided or leave them in the care of our reception. The Resort disowns liability for any violation of the Laws of the Republic of the Philippines made by guests whilst Inside the Resort.
