The above rates are inclusive of Pinoy breakfast for the lowest number of guests quoted. Upgrades to American Breakfast can be made for a small charge if booked in advance. Room rates are subject to change without notice.
Due to circumstances beyond our control payment by personal cheque is not possible on site. Payment by JCB, American Express, VISA and Master Card credit cards up to a maximum of 50% of the total bill is acceptable but subject to a 5% handling charge. Payment by common currency travelers cheque (please give us adequate notice) and common currency cash is acceptable.
Advance Booking: A non returnable deposit of 50% of room rate is required and payment by Telegraphic Transfer is preferred. Please contact us for details and to obtain confirmation of booking shortly after such bookings are made.

Personal food or drinks are not to be consumed on site excepting by arrangement and the management reserves the right to charge corkage of p 500 / bottle of alcohol consumed, a levee for food consumed and for the use of the resorts cooking facilities, crockery and cutlery. The beach area is public, is suitable for picnics and the resort can provide BBQ, eating and cleaning facilities.
